Propane safety in the home

Residential Heating

At Cass City Oil & Gas Company we cater to our residential customers’ needs with full-service delivery of: propane, #2 fuel oil, and #1 fuel oil. Two delivery options are available, based on customer need.

Keep-Full Program:ccog_62

Keep-full, or auto-fill, customers can enjoy the security, convenience, and freedom of not having to monitor the amount of fuel on hand. Cass City Oil and Gas can track your personal fuel consumption and project when a delivery will be necessary. For those with sporadic usage, we can also set up an account to pull for a delivery in intervals every 30 days, 60 days, or even twice a year… we cater to your needs! Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with our experience in monitoring fuel levels. Keep-full customers also receive better pricing, so contact us today. Let us know how we can help you!

Will-Call Program:

Will-call customers must monitor the fuel levels in their tanks and place an order with our office. Will-call customers are those who have an alternate source of heat, C.O.D. accounts, and those who rent their home.

Billing: Invoices are due within 30 days of delivery, unless you are enrolled in our Budget Program.

Cass City Oil & Gas Company accepts the following forms of payment:
Cash, checks, money orders, Energy Drafts, Visa or Mastercard. We also have the ability to directly debit your checking or savings account through a secure web portal.

If you find yourself in a position where you are unable to pay your bill, contact us as soon as possible! We will work with you to find a solution that keeps your home heated.

Budget Program:

Enrolling in our budget program is an excellent way to distribute your heating costs throughout the year. Your budget payment is calculated by multiplying the average number of gallons used by the cap price for the season. This is then divided into 11 equal monthly payments. The budget season runs from July though May, with June being the settlement month. Budgets are monitored throughout the year to ensure that payment amount accurately reflects your current usage. Building a high credit on account? We will reduce your payment. Payments may also be increased if a shortage is anticipated.
